Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this is a great way to explore the practice in a way that is fun, grounded and accessible.
Alexia M, RYT has practiced and taught yoga in upstate New York and Washington, DC for three years. She specializes in hatha and vinyasa yoga, and also offers pranayama breathwork and a variety of meditations. With a deep knowledge of Ayurveda, permaculture and natural wellness, she also counsels clients about holistic health practices.
Alexia offers customized instruction in 1,5 hour sessions for individuals and groups. We work together to tailor the practice to your unique personal needs and goals. Three-session packages are available to help you cultivate your own practice, on and off the mat. People of all ages and abilities enjoy and benefit. Classes are taught in English.
The sessions will start on Banana Beach-Bar, Restaurant, on 1st June,
every Monday-Wednesday-Thursday, 9.30 a.m.- 11a.m., beside the beach.. accompanied by the melody of the sea.
